Please note that all international shipments must clear customs in the destination country before final delivery, which may occasionally result in additional delays.

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, delivery timelines are handled by the shipping carrier and may be affected by factors beyond our control. Unfortunately, we are unable to influence carrier transit times after shipment. For the most accurate updates on your package’s location and estimated delivery date, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days from the date the order is placed. If your delivery has not arrived within the stated timeframe, please contact our customer service team and we’ll be happy to assist you.

At this time, we do not offer free returns for international orders. Customers are responsible for covering all return shipping costs.

To help avoid additional customs charges, we recommend clearly marking the package as “Returned Goods.” Please note that returns should be sent using a registered, trackable shipping service, and we strongly advise keeping proof of shipment. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for items that do not arrive at our facility.
